Welcome to Gotripzee.com (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are a travel and tourism service provider offering curated travel experiences across India. By accessing our website or booking any service through www.gotripzee.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Eligibility
- By using our website or booking services, you confirm that you:

- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
3. Services and Booking
3.1 Service Locations & Itinerary
- All services begin from the pickup point mentioned in your booking confirmation. Travel may include multiple destinations across India and typically concludes at the original pickup location unless otherwise specified.
3.2 Pricing
- All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- Promotional or deal prices may vary based on availability and season
- Final price at booking is non-negotiable
- 10% advance payment is required to confirm booking
- Remaining 90% must be paid at check-in
3.3 Accommodation & Facilities
- We provide clean, safe, and comfortable accommodations. These are not luxury stays unless explicitly mentioned. Amenities vary based on category and availability.
3.4 Fitness Requirements
- Trips may involve walking, sightseeing, or light trekking. Guests must ensure they are physically and mentally fit. Gotripzee.com is not responsible for inability to complete the trip due to personal limitations.
4. Food and Dietary Restrictions
- Meals are based on regional cuisine and standardised for all participants. While general dietary preferences may be considered, we are not responsible for individual taste or specific regional requirements.
5. Risks and Liability
5.1 Risk Acceptance
- By booking with us, you voluntarily accept travel-related risks. Gotripzee.com is not liable for injuries, accidents, or incidents during the trip. Only basic first aid may be available.
5.2 Behaviour & Alcohol Use
- Guests must behave respectfully toward staff and fellow travellers.
Any guest involved in:
- Misconduct
- Intoxication-related issues
- Harassment or disturbance
- may be removed from the trip without refund, and must arrange their own return.
5.3 Illegal Activities & Zero-Tolerance Policy
- Any involvement in illegal activities (including possession of prohibited substances, theft, harassment, etc.) will result in:
- Immediate removal from the trip
- Reporting to authorities
- No refund or support
- Gotripzee.com maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward illegal substances for all guests, staff, and vendors.
6. Cancellations, Refunds, and Modifications
Advance Payment
- Refundable only if cancelled 10+ days before trip
- ₹2,500 cancellation charge applies
No Refund
- Cancellations within 0–10 days are non-refundable
Rescheduling
- Allowed once
- Subject to availability
- Additional charges may apply
Refund Processing
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days
- Third-Party Policies
- All bookings are subject to third-party vendor policies. Gotripzee.com is not responsible for their cancellation or refund timelines.
- Weather / Government Restrictions
No refunds for cancellations due to:
- Weather conditions
- Government rules
- Crowd restrictions
- Alternative arrangements may be provided where possible.
If We Cancel
- Full refund will be issued within 7 business days.
7. Additional Conditions
Accuracy of Information
- We strive for accuracy but are not liable for errors, pricing mismatches, or technical issues.
Price Revision
- Prices may be revised before or after booking due to operational reasons. Customers must pay the revised amount if applicable.
Transaction Charges
- Payments via credit/forex card may incur additional charges (up to 5%), payable during final settlement.
Service Changes
- We may modify or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances.
Liability
- We are not responsible for losses caused by delays, errors, or external factors beyond our control.
Modifications to Terms
- These Terms may be updated anytime. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
8. Transportation & Timing Conditions
- Pickup points are fixed
- Vehicles may stop within 100–200 metres due to constraints
- Timings are approximate and may vary
- Delays up to 2 hours may occur in rare cases
- No compensation for delays
- No-Shows
- Late arrivals will be treated as cancellations with no refund.
9. Rights of Admission
- We reserve the right to refuse participation without refund if a guest:
- Violates terms
- Disrupts the trip
- Poses safety concerns
10. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
11. Use of Media
- By participating, you consent to the use of photos/videos for marketing.

12. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are responsible for their belongings.
We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal items.
13. Cab & Driver Policies
- Drivers follow safe, approved routes
- Guests cannot force unsafe driving or route changes
- Only practical stops will be made
- Violation may result in service cancellation without refund
