About Your Vehicle (Travel & Transfers)

• A private vehicle will be provided for all transfers and sightseeing as per the itinerary
• Vehicle type will be allocated based on the number of guests (Sedan/SUV/Tempo Traveller)
• The vehicle is available strictly as per the confirmed itinerary and travel plan
• Usage is calculated based on a fixed route and time; unlimited usage is not included
• Air conditioning may be switched off in hilly areas (like Munnar) as per vehicle safety norms
• The driver will report as per the scheduled timing; delays from the guest side may affect the day’s plan
• Night driving (typically after 8 PM–9 PM) is not included unless pre-informed and agreed
• Vehicle will not be at disposal for personal use beyond the planned sightseeing route
• Parking charges, tolls, and driver allowances are included unless mentioned otherwise
• Any extra usage, route deviation, or additional sightseeing not mentioned in the itinerary will be chargeable
• Driver will have basic knowledge of the route and stops but will not act as a professional tour guide
• Pick-up and drop are provided as per the confirmed locations only
• Guests are requested to maintain punctuality to ensure smooth execution of the tour
• Any damage to the vehicle due to guest negligence will be chargeable
• Luggage capacity is limited as per vehicle type; excess luggage may require an additional vehicle

Terms & Conditions

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation
• The itinerary is planned based on standard travel conditions; changes may occur due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances
• Check-in and check-out timings will be as per hotel policies
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable

Payments & Confirmation

• Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment
• Balance payment must be completed before the start of the trip

Cancellation Policy

Hotel & Stay

Transport & Vehicle

Meals

Extra Charges

• Houseboat check-in is typically between 11:30 AM–12:00 PM and check-out by 9:00 AM
• AC in houseboats is usually available during night hours only (as per policy)
• Food served on houseboats is basic, local Kerala-style cuisine
• Cruise route is fixed as per local regulations

Force Majeure

• In case of natural calamities (flood, landslide, heavy rain), strikes, or government restrictions, the itinerary may be modified or cancelled
• Any additional costs arising due to such situations will be borne by the guests

Refund & Adjustments

• No refund for unused services, missed sightseeing, or early departure
• Refund timelines depend on banking and payment methods
